Are Originals allowed on the site?

Unfortunatly, no. This was explained in the rules. Perhaps when I get a good sub-plot going, you may be lucky. But, not for a while. Sorry.

Are we allowed to play cartoon, or manga characters?

As strange as it would be to have Disney characters running around, I will allow it. To an extent. The character must have a real-life play-by. Check out Disney RPGs. You will find that we might have a Rose McGowan playing Snow White, or something. I'm just trying to make this site a bit more realistic, and easy to follow. Same goes with Manga/Anime. Please forgive me, but Severus Snape chatting with Mickey Mouse? No...just, no >.<

For a great example of this, check out the series Once Upon A Time, if you haven't already. That is a perfect example of characters being brought to life.
